The following is a list of services we provide, all of which are included in our fee:
- Insurance appeals / Complaints
We have standard appeal letters that are generated and sent to insurance companies when necessary.
- HIPAA
We will act as your HIPAA Compliance Officer and provide you with the necessary tools to keep you in compliance with the law.
- Reports
Upon request, you will know exactly how much your receivables are at any time.
- Your Peace of Mind
Knowing our billing center is up-to-date on all rules, regulations, and codes, etc., regarding your billing.
- No Hidden Charges
For postage, envelopes, paper, phone calls, or electronic filing fees.
- Set-up
We will work with you on gathering all initial patient information to get you set-up in our system. We try to make this transition as painless as possible.
- Claims Submission
We submit claims every two weeks via electronic, internet, and/or paper method.
- Patient Information
Your patient's will call our office directly with their billing information.
- Verify Eligibility / Benefits
We will call and verify insurance coverage before you even see the patient.
- Claim Follow-up
We follow-up on all claims 45+ days old.
